Editorial & content policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026
PressBeam helps businesses communicate real news clearly. We use AI to assist with structure and first drafts, but every campaign is subject to human review and distribution-partner requirements.
We require substantiated, accurate content
Customers must be able to support material statements, product claims, statistics, awards, testimonials, partnerships, funding announcements, and quotes. We may request evidence or revisions before distribution.
We do not accept
- False, deceptive, defamatory, or impersonating content.
- Unlicensed copyrighted material, trademarks, or personal data.
- Guaranteed investment returns, undisclosed paid promotions, or unlawful financial claims.
- Hate, harassment, explicit sexual content, illegal goods, malware, or instructions facilitating wrongdoing.
- Medical, legal, or regulated claims that lack appropriate substantiation or required disclosures.
AI-assisted copy
AI can help organize a brief and propose language. It does not verify facts, grant rights, or replace professional legal, regulatory, financial, or medical advice. The customer remains responsible for final approval.
Distribution and publisher independence
PressBeam distributes sponsored press releases through partner networks. Publishers and platforms remain independent and may edit, reject, relabel, remove, or decline to index content in accordance with their own rules. Distribution is not a promise of independent newsroom coverage.
Review decisions
We may request edits, decline content, or pause a campaign where needed to protect users, partners, and the integrity of the network. If a campaign cannot proceed before submission, the Refund Policy applies.
