These terms govern your use of PressBeam and any press-release preparation or distribution package you purchase. By using the service or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

What PressBeam provides

PressBeam provides productized preparation, review, and distribution services for sponsored press releases. The specific package scope, price, delivery target, and included distribution level are shown before checkout and in your order confirmation.

What PressBeam does not provide

Distribution is not independent editorial coverage. We do not guarantee placement on a particular publisher unless it is expressly included in your package, nor do we guarantee search rankings, indexing, traffic, fundraising, sales, editorial endorsement, or any third-party outcome.

Your content and approvals

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and substantiation of all facts, claims, testimonials, links, trademarks, images, and other materials you provide. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for us to use them. You must review and approve the final release before submission. AI-assisted drafts are for your review and are not legal, regulatory, or investment advice.

Editorial eligibility

We and our partners may reject, pause, or request changes to content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, regulated without adequate substantiation, harmful, or inconsistent with partner requirements. We may decline an order before submission and handle any eligible refund under the Refund Policy.

Payment and delivery

Prices are shown in USD and are charged once at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after complete information and final approval. Third-party publication timing may vary. We provide a delivery report for completed campaigns, subject to partner reporting availability.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PressBeam's aggregate liability relating to a campaign is limited to the amount paid for that campaign. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
