We collect information you submit to us, including your name, email address, company and product details, campaign brief, supporting materials, and messages. We also receive limited technical information such as browser type, IP address, pages visited, and event logs used to secure and improve the service.

How we use information

We use your information to process and administer orders, prepare and review releases, coordinate distribution, provide delivery reports and support, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve PressBeam. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and distribution partners

We use carefully selected providers for hosting, payment processing, analytics, customer support, and distribution. When you approve a release for distribution, the content and public contact details that you include may be shared with relevant distribution partners and displayed publicly on third-party sites. Their use of publicly distributed content is governed by their own policies.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. PressBeam does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy.

Retention and security

We retain order and campaign records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with accounting and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs. You may opt out of non-essential marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
